Castle Worthy Custom Cocktail Wedding Details

Our collaboration began through Carly, Veronika’s publicist and point person. Right away, we connected over the aesthetic: romantic, castle-inspired, a little moody, and highly intentional. Carly shared inspiration images, glassware specs, and the cocktail menu (which was as fun as it was elegant, “Vodka Vodka” and “Hitched + Highly Caffeinated” were just two of the signature drinks on the list).

We gathered key info to ensure a seamless experience:

• Event date and delivery timeline
• Guest count
• Glassware types (to determine appropriate stirrer sizing)
• Color palette and material preferences
• Creative tone = fun but elevated

After some thoughtful conversation around material options, we chose a mirrored gold acrylic, a stunning finish that picked up the romantic tones of the day while still being bold enough to stand out in a cocktail glass.

We also advised on font sizing and layout to ensure every word was clear and legible, because while mirrored acrylic is gorgeous, it can be tricky if the engraving isn’t just right. (That’s why we test everything before a final cut.)

For Veronika’s wedding, we crafted two key elements:

1. Custom Drink Stirrers

Sized perfectly to complement the barware and cut from premium mirrored acrylic, these stirrers added sparkle and structure. Each one was engraved with custom messaging and cut for clean lines and durability.

2. Engraved Drink Tags

These were designed to sit on the rim of the glass, each labeled with clever cocktail names to elevate the guest experience and add a playful storytelling element to each drink. It’s that kind of small touch that guests remember and photograph.

Because we design, engrave, and manufacture everything in-house, communication is personal and fast. Carly worked directly with us for the entire process.
